(A) Automotive industry
Engine system
In automotive engines, asbestos-free roll compression materials are commonly used for oil seals. When the engine is running, the oil seal needs to maintain good sealing performance under high temperatures, high pressure, and lubricating oil environments. Compressed non-asbestos gasket material in the rubber component (such as nitrile rubber) can resist lubricating oil erosion, its dense structure and good compressive strength can prevent lubricating oil leakage, to protect the normal operation of the engine. At the same time, for some dynamic sealing parts of the engine, such as the rotating crankshaft oil seal, the elastic recovery ability of the material can adapt to the slight vibration of the shaft to maintain a stable seal.
Brake system
Asbestos-free copings are also used in automotive braking systems. Hydraulic lines in the brake system need to be sealed, and since the shape of the brake lines can be complex, the flexibility of the cribbing material is an advantage. It can be wound and sealed along the shape of the pipeline, and the temperature resistance of glass fiber cribbing material and a certain degree of chemical resistance to meet the high temperature generated during the braking process may come into contact with the environmental requirements of chemical substances, to ensure that the sealing and safety of the brake hydraulic system.
(B) Chemical industry
Pipe sealing
The chemical industry has a large number of pipelines, conveying a variety of chemical substances, including acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and so on. For some large-diameter pipes or pipes with thermal expansion changes, non-asbestos coping materials are ideal. Its ability to adapt to changes in the shape of the pipe, fiber interwoven structure allows a certain degree of expansion and contraction, such as in the transmission of high-temperature corrosive gases at the interface of the pipeline, ceramic fiber copings can be achieved at the same time to insulate and seal, to prevent the leakage of chemical substances and heat dissipation. For some small pipelines that require high sealing and are subject to a certain pressure, non-asbestos roll material can play a role by virtue of their high compressive strength and chemical corrosion resistance, ensuring the safety and stability of chemical production.
Reactor sealing
Reaction kettle is at the core of chemical production and is usually in a high-temperature, high-pressure, and complex chemical reaction environment. Non-asbestos roller materials can be used for static sealing of the reaction kettle, its good temperature resistance and compression resistance can withstand the pressure and temperature changes inside the reaction kettle. For the dynamic sealing parts such as the stirring shaft of the reactor, the elasticity and abrasion resistance of the material can ensure that the mixing process prevents material leakage, and ensures the smooth progress of the chemical reaction.
(C) Energy industry
Power industry
In thermal power plants, boilers are key equipment. Asbestos-free cribbing materials can be used for boiler sealing and heat insulation, such as asbestos replacement of ceramic fiber cribbing materials in the high-temperature environment can be effectively sealed to prevent heat leakage, while its thermal insulation properties help to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency. In some cooling system pipe seals of generator sets, asbestos-free sealing materials can prevent coolant leakage, safeguard the normal operation of the cooling system, and ensure stable power generation of generator sets.
Oil extraction and processing industry
In oil extraction, downhole equipment is exposed to high temperature, high pressure, and oil, sand, and other complex environments. Asbestos-free roll compression materials can be used to seal wellhead devices and downhole tools to prevent oil and gas leakage. In the oil processing process, a variety of reaction towers, heat exchangers, and other equipment sealing is also inseparable from the non-asbestos sealing oil-resistant gaskets, its chemical corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance can cope with a variety of chemical substances and temperature changes in the oil processing process, to protect production safety and product quality.
